it's not that eel grass itself is exciting, but it's part of an interesting process called eutrophication which, in a nutshell is, "pollution is bad, it kills stuff". And in that particular equation, eel grass is the good guy. And I love rooting for the good guy.

Is eutrophication the one where things can't get enough oxygen and it all dies and then you get algae blooms?
