I am not going to spend all afternoon playing with the computer . . . I will be good. I will play with the computer until lunch, and then I will do my homework and assorted errands . . . and then I will play with the computer some more.


And did I mention that this purchase was the most money I've ever spent at one time in my life?

Lucinda: First part I see is "luci," which in my head equates to "luce" -- light.

Adrianne: Pun on "Adrian," which means "dark."

I recommend Trismegistus (reference: in Tristram Shandy, to combat the misfortune of the doctor breaking the newborn's nose during birth, along with the mistake that happened at Tristram's conception, Walter Shandy decides that the baby should have a very good name. Unfortunately for him, it's an obscure enough name that the priest, in his absence, decides that the name is probably Tristram---the name that Walter hated most).

Or, perhaps you should give it a name from a dystopian novel? Or something from HHGTG? Unless you want to highlight contrast by going with a fantasy novel/movie name.

I'd been considering Morwen, and then I saw it and that was clearly unsuitable. Perhaps one of the cats, though. Jasper Darlington Higgins IV? Or maybe Miss Eliza Tudor.
