I am not going to spend all afternoon playing with the computer . . . I will be good. I will play with the computer until lunch, and then I will do my homework and assorted errands . . . and then I will play with the computer some more.


And did I mention that this purchase was the most money I've ever spent at one time in my life?

I've established that I refuse to name it in reference to something that I haven't read/watched/whatever.

I'd been considering Morwen, and then I saw it and that was clearly unsuitable. Perhaps one of the cats, though. Jasper Darlington Higgins IV? Or maybe Miss Eliza Tudor.

But if it knows that I'm already onto it, we won't go through that stage of it being nice to lull me into a false sense of complacency . . . it'll just start right off being evil.
