Yeah, that was sort of my reaction, although not in those words (a good thing, considering the company, really).
And I'm not talking about occasionally going without underwear for one particular garment, or the vagaries of an extra-long laundry cycle -- based on my grandma's paraphrase, it sounded like this girl didn't OWN any underwear.
