Today, I have been running around like a chicken with its head cut off. Only chickens usually don't forget the keys to the microphone cabinet three flights of stairs and two corridors away and have to go get them. Chickens, dead or alive, generally don't have homework, either. Or classes. And no one expects them to run fudge sales. Or fence. So maybe not so like a chicken after all. But you get the idea.
And my replacement arrives. More later.
