Is it possible that if you know the ss# of any and all account owners, you could get them to fax it to you at a Smith fax #?

or email a pdf file if it can't be accessed by you online?

One thing that my job has confirmed to me is that the right and left hands frequently don't know what's going on elsewhere and with the right combo of luck and polite-but-dogged persistence, you might get more.
