Well, at least they have a reason

On the scale of reasons to be noisy at 3:30 in the morning, I think that a mouse problem is acceptable. (Although I'm quite a fan of the Emily and Gwen method of dealing with mice in the middle of the night, which is a bit of bleary conversation that comes down to: "Huh, we have a mouse problem. We should deal with that first thing in the morning.") Although I don't know how bad this mouse problem is.

And in their defense, Loud Male Voice (Public Safety Officer?) didn't actually wake me up, I don't think.

And they couldn't have picked a better day. I didn't want to go anywhere today anyway.
Except maybe tomorrow; I have more classes tomorrow.

Oh, and while we're talking about neighbors, aren't small furry creatures supposed to hibernate during the winter or something? Because the squirrels who live over my roof didn't seem to get that memo.
