I find a hot shower immidiately after fencing practice (no matter how late it is) helps me not be so sore the next morning. That, and streching - a lot - helps.
I showered after fencing last night (I always do; I can't stand the idea of getting sweaty, dirty me all over my nice bed), and stretched a little (the bits that seemed most sore).
I think that the hour-long warmup of ultimate frisbee, and the really long pre-practice stretch session we had are what I really should be thanking, though.
